Hurricane Recovery Update

By October 11, 2017Uncategorized

Friends and family,

We just want to thank everyone again for your outpouring of support and thoughts during this difficult time for our community. The devastation is unimaginable, but the strength of the Virgin Islanders is unwavering, and we are pushing forward. Everyday, we work tirelessly to rebuild our beloved islands.

As the See and Ski fleet was not damaged during the hurricane, the crew is already back in action, out on the water everyday bringing supplies to the islands (USVI and BVI), helping others who were not so lucky, and taxiing people from island to island. Phones are still down, but Captain Thomas can be reached directly at 340-690-2494.

The recovery process is slow and at times feels daunting, but we know we will make it through. Hurricane recovery comes one day at a time, but the island is slowly getting green again and flowers are beginning to bloom. One thing that is clear is that Mother Nature is resilient.
